Applications:
PE4302 is a high linearity, 6 digital RF step attenuator, "DSA" in 0.5 dB steps to 31.5 dB attenuation range. Frequency range from DC - 4000MHz achieve attenuation. This 50 ohm RF DSA provides parallel and serial CMOS control interface running on a single 3V supply, and maintain a high attenuation accuracy of frequency and temperature. It also has a unique control interface, allowing the user to select the initial power-up state of decay. Shielding shell and anti-reverse protection diode.
