TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-We do not refund if you do not like the flavour of a product. Just like fragrance, many people can have differing flavour preferences and some flavours may be affected due to medical or external factors, such as: smoking, cold or flu like illnesses, nasal/sinus issues, or it could be simply individual preference, etc.

-If you are unsure about the flavour of a product we do have smaller pack sizes available for purchase for you to try before committing to a larger pack size.

-We do not refund for consumable food items unless the packaging is faulty/damaged in post. Any faults/damages must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receiving the goods and be in it's original unopened/sealed packaging and not used, otherwise we will not refund.

A photo of any package tampering claims or packaging faults must be sent within the 48 hour time period upon receipt of goods, otherwise we will not refund. ALL items deemed claimable for refund MUST be returned to us within 3 working days from receiving the goods at the buyer’s expense.

POSTAGE

Combined postage is available for multiple purchases from our store, please enquire PRIOR to payment, otherwise we will not refund any shipping payments after payment is made. If you make multiple purchases either individually or together we will generally send them all together in one parcel. Please view your order details for all tracking numbers we have uploaded.

Your purchases will be sent via the shipping company as specified by eBay.

All parcels are sent with tracking within Australia and Australia Post Airmail with tracking for international purchases.

We post quickly so please note that eBay "estimated" delivery time frames may be out of sync with Australia Post or Sendle, please allow extra time.

If for ANY reason the postage cost are calculated incorrectly, re...our mistake, eBay mistake, or any other issues...we will formulate an invoice for the remaining cost associated via PayPal, Stripe, email or other means to cover the true cost of shipping and it must be paid prior to sending items.
