This is a signed letter from Martin S. Staveley.

 

Martin Samuel Staveley (1921-1998) was an English diplomat 

who served as the Administrator of the British Virgin Islands

from 1962 to 1967.

The letter is dated April 3, 1967.

It is typed on a sheet of stationery of the Administrator's office,
which was located on the island of Tortola. There is an embossed
insignia at the top left corner.


The letter has a hole near the top left corner. Otherwise, it is
in good condition, with creases where it has been folded.

It is enclosed in a clear plastic sleeve, for protection.
