Spaghetti squash

Latin name: Cucurbita pepo cv. Spaghetti squash

Pierce the whole pumpkin several times in salted water!
Cook for 30 minutes, cut off the lid and then pull out the spaghetti threads with a fork! Garnish with mozzarella and olive oil!
