New Old Stock / NOS Ford grille / headlight bezel or surround pn C8AZ-8151-A2.  I believe this is correct for 1968 Ford Galaxie...500 etc. without hide-away headlights.  I am uncertain whether this is left or right.  The condition is very good.  There are some storage defects....a couple of minor scrapes, minor paint loss and the one metal support is bent and needs to be repainted.  This will still look awesome on any nice restoration.
