Please note;
Stone is a natural product, each piece is totally unique with its own particular characteristics, the texture on the face varies from slab to slab and it may also contain natural flaws such as an uneven face, slight laminations or colour variations, please be aware of this when ordering. We have uploaded several pictures of different pieces, please take time to view the picture gallery before ordering. If you have specific requirements it is advisable to contact us so we can advise if we are able to meet your specific requirements.
Delivery
Delivery is made to kerbside only by pallet carrier, you will need to be in to take delivery of the package. Delivery is usually made on an 18 tonne HGV and off loading will need to be done on a level and flat surface, please use your own discretion when ordering as to if your property is suitable to receive the delivery, we will not be held responsible for any additional delivery costs incurred. If you are in any doubt, please contact us for advice before making your purchase. Delivery is made Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. We will contact you after you make your purchase to arrange a suitable date for delivery, this can usually be done next working day if arranged by 10am, Please ensure your contact details listed with ebay are correct as we will not dispatch the item until we have been in contact with you.
Delivery Exclusions
Free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands, British offshore Islands and the following post code areas; DD, PA, PH, AB, we can deliver to these areas but it will incur additional charges, please contact us directly for costs BEFORE placing any order.
