If a fault develops after a replacement has been provided (within 1 calender year) then this will usually be dealt with by the manufacturer. This is purely to ensure that your issue is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. We can liase with the manufacturer on your behalf if necessary however most customers find it more beneficial to speak to them directly. Indeed sometimes advice from the manufacturer may negate the need to return the item.
- Under normal circumstances we ship orders 5 days a week Monday to Friday, with the exception of Bank Holidays. Items purchased before 3 p.m. are normally dispatched the same day apart from weekends. U.K Customers usually receive their items within 2-3 working days, however occasionally items can be delayed. Therefore we kindly request that you allow up to 14 working days for delivery and check with your local sorting/delivery office if you are concerned, prior to contacting us.
- If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card and reattempt delivery. Please note any special requests e.g. leave with neighbour, at checkout.

International shipping (outside the UK)
We offer international shipping to most European countries. We also ship to some non EU countries including USA, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and Norway.
If in the unlikely event when you receive your item there is a fault please contact us immediately for return instructions so we can arrange sending you a replacement. You may return the product to us within 30 days of the date you received it and we can refund the order (providing it is unused and still in a sellable condition) or have an exchange for another item.
