·         Always happy to send alternative sizes/lengths if required and if stocked.  Just message us here on eBay and we will do our best to resolve any problems.

·         Don’t forget to use some anti-seize compound (like copper grease) when installing to ensure you can easily get them out again.

·         When models vary over years we try and make our packs fit each of them which means sometimes there will be bolts/screws left over.  If you message us the year/model of your vehicle in the message section at checkout this will help us to ensure your kit is spot on!

·         We aim to send out our orders same or next working day.  Sometimes this is not possible hence we state a 5 day dispatch time. This is the exception, not the rule!

·         We sell our goods on eBay on the basis they will be fit by a competent person who knows what they are doing.  If you have any doubts as to fitting please contact a competent person to assist you. All parts in my listings are good quality pattern unless stated otherwise.

·         Please do not over tighten fasteners as this may cause damage to your vehicle.  I am always happy to send alternative lengths/sizes normally same or next day.  Just state clearly sizes/quantities needed.

·         Some of our stock has been sat on shelves since a very long time ago and may have age related wear.  If you are unhappy with any of our products please message us and we will sort.

·         We carry an extensive range of fasteners and related products and on occasion it may be necessary to substitute a product with another similar item.  We are always happy to refund if this is not acceptable.

·         We do send overseas (we are based in the UK) but please allow 28 days for delivery as recently our postal service has been unreliable. Please note you are also responsible for any import taxes due. We use an untracked service (Royal Mail International).
