New old stock from display case of an optical store.   Please note that that these frames do not come in branded cases, a generic soft pouch will be provided.  Many of these frames will have scratches on the plastic demo lenses.  This does not affect quality of frame because these lenses will get replaced with your own prescription.  Some frames will need minor adjustments to the temples.  This is usually free of charge by your optician when fitted with lenses.  None of these issues should be a deal breaker when choosing your frame.
