Medium bangle is best for a wrist size smaller than 19.5cm. Large bangle best for wrist size up to 22.5cm. The bracelet can be squeezed onto the wrist for a tighter fit. The bangles should be worn with a 2.5cm - 4cm space between the 2 ends so the magnets are placed correctly.
