Refunds/Cancellations Notice - Regrettably since 2020 PayPal have introduced a policy that the fees that they collect for a transaction are no longer refunded to the seller (us) when we issue a refund/cancellation of an order.

Therefore in situations where the customer has ordered the wrong item, changed their mind, or has provided a wrong delivery address, all refunds will be subject to this 4% fee because we sadly cannot get our fees back or refunded by PayPal.
