How long does it take?
- 90% of all orders will be shipped the same day if cleared funds are received before 12pm. Any orders received after this cut off will be sent the next working day.
- Standard orders will be sent via Parcelforce or Royal Mail on a 1-3 day service . (both Royal Mail and Parcelforce are trackable services)
- We send an automated eBay message out on the day of shipping. If you have still not recived your items, 5 working days after this message please contact us.
Multiple Purchases:
Please contact us for a multiple purchase post & packaging discount. Where ever possible we will pack multiple items together to save money.
Important Courier Delivery Note:
All deliveries sent via our couriers require a signature upon
delivery. No items will be left without a signature so please make sure
there will be someone available to sign for your order at all times.
2 attempted deliveries will be made by the courier, leaving a calling
card when no-one is available. If no-one contacts them after this, they
will return the item back to us and we will have to charge you for
anouther delivery attempt.

All customers must complete checkout within 7 days. Unpaid item process proceedings will be initiated after 7 days if payment has not been received. All prices include VAT.
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of receipt.
Please contact us before any action is taken. There is a 10% restocking charge on all returns.
For faulty, damaged, or not as described items, a replacement or a 100% refund will be given.
Please note that all orders have to be checked on delivery. If there are any visable signs of damage this must be noted by you and the delivery driver. This may mean unpacking the goods before the driver leaves. If this is the case please advise us immediately.
No claim can be accepted for deliveries that are signed for as "unchecked".
We are very proud of our Positive Feedback and you can trust us to deliver your product fast and as described.
We will only leave feedback after you have left feedback for us upon receiving your item. This informs us that you have received your goods and are happy with them.
Before considering leaving us anything other than positive feedback, please give us a reasonable chance to resolve any issues that you may have.
