NOTE--The factory razor controller will not allow a 48volt charge threw it so you have to run charge port wires directly to batteries or to main power wires going into controller unless you have my controller kit.

Charge Process / Safety features -Start charging (red light)CC/CV
55.2v2.) reaches 55.2v and switches to
pulse charging up to 58.8v (green light). The pulses start jumping between 56v
and 59v and the the lower end of the pulse comes up closer to the top 59v the
longer the charger runs.3.) When the lower limit of the
pulse reaches the same 58.8v as the upper limit the charger turns itself off
and disconnects all output and powers off. The light on the charger is now off.
This is a overvolt kit charger that is a must for those doing a 48volt conversion on your mx500,mx650 or eco smart for sealed lead acid or AGM batteries not lipo or lithium.
This charger has a built in fan, pretested with the output on the back,it charges at a 2.5 amp rate and does cc,cv and floating which is the only way to charge SLA batteries and get the longest life and runtime out of them..
