Art, a top Gemologist and Estate Buyer and Alon, a South African Diamond Wholesaler with experience turning rough diamonds into polished gems, merged their strengths and experience to form one of the most dynamic companies in the industry. Vivid Diamonds inventory is considerably larger than what is available online. On a daily basis, large estates are purchased and sold before being photographed or inventoried. If you are looking for something specific and you don't see it online, let us know and we will be sure to accommodate you.

Terms:

1. My shipping fee INCLUDES insurance.
2. Only PayPal accepted.
3. If you use E-check through PayPal it takes about 7 days for the payment to clear. Your item(s) will ship only AFTER payment clears.
4. Payment is due within 3 days of winning the item or else the item will be re-listed.
5. Item(s) are shipped via FedEx or UPS shipped Priority, within 1 business day of your received and confirmed PayPal payment.
6. International Buyers: Buyer is responsible to pay customs fees and tariffs that pertain to your country’s rules and regulations.
7. No shipping to any PO BOX.
8. All Items (except antiques) will be serviced and cleaned before shipping.
9. Your purchase includes a free gift box & a free written appraisal document if noted.
10. For returns, please contact us prior to returning your purchase. Returns will be accepted within 14 days and refunds will be processed within 48 business hours. The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses and the item must be fully insured. Items must be returned in original condition.
