Returns Policy |
Should you receive a product that is faulty or damaged through no fault of your own, we provide two courses of action: 1. If damage to goods appears to be the result of the carrier company, we ask that customers follow the claims process. Claims Process: If there appears to be any damaged to the parcel or goods contained within, we ask that they firstly record said damage by taking clear photographs of the applicable damage of both packaging and product from multiple angles then secondly, officially register said damage with the carrier company at time of receipt and finally, contact us immediately so we can address the issue directly from our end. 2. If the goods appear to be faulty or DOA we will happily exchange said item for an identical item or fully refund the purchase price upon confirmation of return of the item.
