Boost overall energy levels while being introduced to the benefits of Pilates. This program starts with gentle stretching and breathing exercises to get the muscles loose and the mind ready for a workout. An invigorating workout starts with a heavy-revving series of the lungs jumping jacks and jogging in place then moving to the floor with a series of mat exercises that work the abs back legs and buttocks. Each exercise helps to build stronger core muscles which can improve overall health. The program finishes with cool-down stretches.
Nice short Pilates video at a good price
I wanted a Pilates video that offered a short workout and wouldn't cost too much. At 15 minutes long, this DVD fit the bill. The instructor starts you off with some short cardio workouts (jumping jacks, running in place, etc...) as a warm up before going into the Pilates routine. Now, I wouldn't recommend this workout for people who have never done Pilates before since the video is fast pace and doesn't have much of an instruction part. I consider myself a beginner at Pilates, but I have had a few classes before buying this video. It's best to familiarize yourself with the basic positions as well as ways to modify some of the more challenging positions. I've had to modify two positions in the video due to it being a higher difficulty than what I'm used to. Overall, great workout if you don't have much time to exercise or just need a little pick me up for energy.
So impressed with this video
Someone suggested this video when i wanted to start doing Pilates again. I had one that I did that was 25 minutes long and I enjoyed it but I lost it. So when I heard about this one and the price was less that $3, I had to get it. I have Prime so it was free 2 day shipping. I started it that day. Ive been doing it every morning for the past week after my cardio/weights. I love it. Its fast but it makes you work. The Hundred is still the devil to me but i will continue to do it until I perfect it. All in all I will recommend it to anyone wanting a quick morning boost.

I have tried gyms and outdoor Boot Camps, but I definitely prefer to exercise in the comfort of my own home. That way you can workout without having to worry about anyone watching you! It also means you have no excuse not to exercise, cause you don’t have to waste time driving anywhere! I have over 200 workout dvds in my collection and am constantly adding to them.
The great thing is that you never outgrow workout DVDs! As your fitness level increases you can either buy a more advanced DVD or simply add some dumbbells and/or ankle weights to your favorite cardio workouts to make them more intense! The fact is that the moves that really work rarely change! I even have some old Cindy Crawford videos from the 80s, which are just as effective as some of the latest DVDs on the market.
I take my workout DVDs with me where ever I go. I went on holiday to Europe, and you guessed it, I had at least 10 workout DVDs packed in my bag! With most you need surprisingly little room so you can even do it in a small hotel room. If you have a laptop or portable DVD player you are set to workout anywhere!
It is my favourite hobby – and a pretty healthy one I think! I am sure once you buy your first workout DVD you will never look back and you will definitely want more and more! So if you are about to enter the wonderful world of working out at home then I will be all too happy to try and source whichever DVDs you want to add to your collection!
I also love giving advice, so keep the questions coming! I look forward to hearing from you, and in the mean time, happy shopping!
