REASONABLE EXPECTATION:
Although consistency is our priority, we have no complete control over the variation in natural materials such as tumbled stone. The veins, chipped, grooves texture and shade of the marble tiles shown in our listing and catalog may vary from the actual production piece. We have shown the color and character of the products in the above images as accurately as possible. However due to the inherent nature of the photographic and computer monitor viewing process, there may be some variation in the colors of the actual product. All sizes and dimensions listed in are nominal.

INSPECTION & RETURNS:
Please inspect your tiles immediately upon delivery. In the unlikely event that they have been damaged during shipping, a damaged freight claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. The customer or customer’s representative should inspect the tile before installation.

Museum Tiles™ guarantees that our products will meet or exceed the performance specifications listed. We combine a dedication to quality assurance standards and state-of-the-art technology production facilities to ensure product reliability. Defective units will be replaced,provided that proper notice is given and that the defect is acknowledged prior to installation.
