NPBoosted Is a Canadian based Company Specializing in Performance Coil Pack Development and other Automotive production lines. We Have a wide range of Import and Domestic High performance coil systems. Every month we are expanding into new product ranges.

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards using PayPal.

We require immediate payment on orders to maintain accurate inventory.

Make sure your shipping address is correct before you checkout.

If the shipping is incorrect then as per eBay Policy we cannot change because of security reason.

Once the order dispatched we cannot change your shipping address and We are not responsible for item(s) and address you provided.

UPS Ground and USPS priority shipping is free to the lower 48 states (Free Shipping items ONLY) Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. territories.

We ship UPS and USPS for all orders, please call for other shipping options.

For international shipments, orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, charges, fees, and costs associated with the shipment of the item once it has reached its destination. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the time payment is received and cleared.

All custom orders (Seats, Shocks etc.) will ship when complete or at the time stated by us prior to order.

Shipments are not made on weekends or holidays and will ship on next business day.

Some out of stock items will be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, so tracking information may not be available immediately.

Tracking numbers will be updated as quickly as possible once an order has processed and shipped. Tracking numbers are updated manually, so please allow enough time for your information to be entered after your order has been placed.   

At napolcanada we do everything possible to ensure our customer's satisfaction, If there is ANY issue with items received, please contact us immediately.

Returns will ONLY be accepted if the item is unused, uninstalled,in the original packaging and in new condition. Any items that are defective in any way or incorrect parts may also be returned. We are not responsible for install mistakes. Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.

All returns must be approved and issued a (Return Authorization) RA # for return. The RA # must be on the outside of each package with the RA # in a visible area. Any package without the RA # will be refused.

Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items and to insure the package.

Any damage during return shipping is buyers liability, so please package well.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If any item is returned by choice that originally included free shipping (not a defective or performance claim), there will be a restocking fee deducted from the refund.

Once items have been received & inspected per our guidelines, a credit or refund will be issued to the customer.

Any cancellation must be approved prior to shipping. Any item that has already shipped must be returned according to the guidelines stated above.
