 Cold Bag:  Fill bag two-thirds full with cold tap water, crushed ice or ice cubes.  Secure cap and check for leaking by turning bag upside down and pressing firmly.  Hold by the cap and apply to desired area.

 Hot Bag:  Fill bag two-thirds full with hot water.  Secure cap and check for leaking by turning bag upside down and pressing firmly.  Hold by the cap and apply to desired area. (If it feels too hot, wrap bag with a towel)
