This bustle, of beautiful, red, black & white poly satin, has 4 layers, each with a scalloped edge.

 It also has an attached red bow with glittered skull & cross bone appliques.

It attaches to any garment with the attached pins.

The top edge measures 13", and it is 21" at the longest point.

This accessory will need some pressing when taken out of the package. Be very careful and use a low-medium iron setting. Can also be steamed.
