-UPS Next Day Guaranteed- Order by 12pm Pacific Time to ship the same day for next day guaranteed delivery!
UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail do not have a guaranteed shipping timeframe. If you need your item ASAP in a guaranteed number of days we highly recommend upgrading to USPS Express Mail or UPS Next Day.

International Shipping Services:

-USPS Priority Mail- 6-10 days typical delivery time, but as long as one month on rare occasions. BUYER BEWARE - NO TRACKING with this service.
-USPS Express Mail- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 3-5 days typical delivery time with tracking, but as long as 2-3 weeks on rare occasions.
-USPS Global Express Guaranteed- 1-3 days GUARANTEED! (Most Countries, check USPS.com)

• Policies

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns of unused, uninstalled, brand new goods, but we must charge a restocking fee of 20% to cover the costs we incur from eBay, Paypal, shipping, labor, etc. We also must charge a 20% restocking fee on any order which is cancelled after payment has been received, even if that order has not shipped. This is also to help cover the fees associated with eBay, PayPal, order processing, restocking, etc. If you would like to return or exchange an item please email us with your paypal or authorize.net transaction id # and the reason for the return or exchange.
No returns are accepted without an RMA number which is given to the customer by TREperformance via email. Always have the RMA number clearly written on multiple sides of the package when you return the item. If it is not clearly written on multiple sides of the box it may be returned to sender. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
