- Our seats are constructed with cast urethane foam and covered with high quality Naugahyde.
- Casting urethane foam does not deteriorate like typical foam
materials and is much more water resistant than other sponge-like
materials.
- Because the seats are cast in exactly the same shape they are
covered and mounted in, they will not pop out of shape or distort as
other glued down type foams do.
- Our seat pans are constructed of durable multi-layer fiberglass and are hand layered for quality assurance.
- The seat base is covered with felt to prevent frame damage, and
have rubber stoppers to further isolate the seat from frame vibration.
