Payment

A online money service! No account required. Use any of the four major credit cards to pay. CT residence must pay state sales tax (6.35%) on all purchases at the time of checkout. Payment must be received by us within 4 days of the end of sale. If payment isn't received with in 7 days, the sale will be canceled and appropriate feedback will be given. Please, no e-checks!

All sales are considered final by placing a bid or purchasing an item from us. Therefor, the buyer agrees and accepts all our and eBay's terms and conditions upon purchase.

Shipping

All shipping fees are based on location, domestic or International and are subject to change from what is shown. These are estimates. Items are not pre-packed. In any case where you may be over charged for shipping, we will upgrade your shipping option. If we can't, you will receive the difference back via PayPal, if it is more than $2.00 US. If Free Shipping is noted on the listing, this is ONLY for in the Domestic USA! We try to ship out items as fast as possible - 1 day handling!

International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges
are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

If there is ever an issue with your item in transit, we will do everything we can to help track and find out what's happening but there isn't much we can do. Once items leave our hands,Toys N' Toons is unfortunately not responsible for what happens to your packages. A tracking number will be provided upon purchase. For high priced ($80.00+) or extremely delicate items, we require insurance. This will be included in the purchasing price listed. Shipping options will be limited on these items.

~~WE COMBINE SHIPPING!~~

To combine your items, you must use the ebay cart option. This is the only way to do this. When selecting items, click ADD TO CART and the item will go into the ebay cart. Do the same for all other items you would like. Click on the cart icon when your done and follow the purchase directions.

~~WE NOW TAKE RETURNS!~~

Returned items must be approved by Toys N' Toons via eBay's return process before shipping the package back to us. Once approved, items must be returned with the original item packaging, along with ebay number and contact information within the allowed time frame. No returns or exchanges on items that show signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. Refunds will returned to the original payment used.

Please note: There is a 20% restocking fee to all returns processed.
