Postage

FREE postage on all orders when choosing the standard postage option. Free postage is Royal Mail Second Class service and can take 2-5 days. We dispatch orders the same day if the order has been placed before 2:00 pm, ( Monday - Friday ) orders received over the weekend and public holidays will be dispatched on the next available weekday.

Expedited service is Royal mail First Class and can take 1-3 days (please note that the Expedited service is not Guaranteed next day.

*24 Hour Service is Next Week Day with Interlink Express  and we will send you an email and text (if you provide your mobile number) giving you a 1 hour delivery window which you can change with the couriers if not suitable. This stops you having to sit in all day waiting for the delivery. Please note that this service is only available for the UK mainland and excludes some of the Scottish Postcodes. If you are not sure please ask before ordering. We can deliver to the Scottish Highland, British Isles, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland but there is an additional cost.

International delivery is mainly Royal Mail Signed and Tracked service and can take 3-15 days.

PLEASE NOTE:  From time to time the Royal Mail can loose an order, please if you do not receive your order within the specified time, contact us immediately so that we can try and find where your order is. Once we post the order it is out of our control getting it to you and we rely on you to let us know that it has not arrived. Please just send us a quick message and we will get onto it immediately.

2.     Please process your return through your Ebay account, this can be arranged via requesting a return authorisation through the eBay Messaging System.

3.     Once authorised return the item within 30 days from the purchase date. PLEASE NOTE: Any item sent and stamped after the 30-day period has expired will be refused.

4.     Please make sure the item is in the original packaging, include the paperwork so that we know who has return the item and in the original (unused) condition that you received it in. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PAPERWORK THEN PLEASE PROVIDE THE ORDER NUMBER AND YOUR EBAY ID.

5.     Please ensure that the package has a tracking number and keep your Post Office receipt as proof of postage, should it become mislaid in the post, which can occur from time-to-time.

We accept Pay pal and over the phone payments if you do not have a PayPal account but please remember that if you do not have a Pay pal account this does not mean that you can buy from us. You can use your Debit Card or Credit card through Pay pal without having an account
