Fixtronics Policy

Attention all buyers: Any item that we guaranteed to works that's mean you got 14 days to test and make sure everything function properly. Please don’t tell us that you forgot to test now it not working etc… after 14 days from the day your item arrived, any excuses is not negotiable.

Bid Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel the bids of anyone with zero or negative feedback rating, and would like to bid, contact us first, and we will make a decision of whether or not, to accept your bid.

Payment: We accept PayPal only.

If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay by credit card directly through PayPal system. We reserve the right to file Non-Paying Bidder if payment is not received 4 days after the auction ended. We also reserve the right to cancel any order if the eBay and PayPal email addresses don’t add up.

Sales tax: Sales tax would be charged for items shipped to: TN (9.25%).

Shipping & Handling: We only ship to the approved address given in PayPal payment. Please make sure payment address in PayPal is correct. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered on PayPal are not in our full refund or replacement policy.

Orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 business day via UPS/USPS (Friday orders will be processed on next Monday.). UPS requires a physical address, no PO. Box address will be shipped to. Notification of shipment will be sent to your registered email address when shipped. It usually takes 2-7 business days to receive your item. Mail transit time is best estimated but not guaranteed as transit time varies.

Returns:  If the part is functional, but it was not what you needed, return it (within 7 days) at your cost and we will refund the price minus 20% (for fees). Shipping is not refundable.

Parts Return: All of our parts are individually uniquely marked with a unique identifier. If we find that the part you are returning is tampered, damaged, or salvaged for components, we will deny your claim with no questions asked.
