Hephaestus was the Olympian god of fire, smiths, craftsmen, metalworking, stone-masonry and sculpture. He was depicted as a bearded man holding a hammer and tongs--the tools of a smith--and sometimes riding a donkey.

These are stunning when framed!   FRAMES do not come with poster.   

Modern parchment paper is made by running sheets of paper pulp through a bath of sulfuric acid and or zinc chloride. This process gelatinizes the paper and treatment forms a sulfurized cross-linked material with high density and stability.  The treated paper has an appearance similar to that of traditional parchment made of sheep or goat skins.
