  • This module provide a power supply solution for products powered by either a single-cell, two-cell, or three-cell alkaline, NiCd or NiMH, or one-cell Li-Ion or Li-polymer battery.
  • Power save mode: set by jump. (default: disable)
  • Undervoltage lockout mode: set by resistors. (default: disable)
  • Wide input voltage range: 0.3 to 5.5 VDC.
  • Minimum input voltage at startup: 0.5 VDC.
  • Wide output voltage range: 1.8 to 5.5 VDC. (Adjustable)
  • Automatic transition between boost mode and down conversion mode.
  • More than 90% efficiency.
  • Shutdown current is less than 2.5uA @Vin=1V.
  • Module size: 0.67 * 0.38 in.
• Device PIN Description:
  • PIN1: Enable Pin. controlled by a switch or MCU, LOW:Disable / Floating or HIGH:Enable, disable status: Vout = 0V.
  • PIN2: Vin Pin.
  • PIN3: GND Pin.
  • PIN4: Vout Pin.
  • Pin to Pin Pitch: 2.54 mm / 0.1 in.
