This is a polyester knit shirt, that has the look of a shirt, vest and tie. It has a Velcro closure in the front with sewn on buttons. The white "shirt" Velcros at the left shoulder for ease of getting in and out of the shirt.
Very generous in sizing. Packages are marked Std. & XL, but actual measurements are,
up to a 46" chest on the Std. which is XL, and up to a 52" chest on the XL, so we've sized that 2XL, plus the fabric is stretchy, so they could go a bit bigger.
The shirt has 2 false pockets, and an attached bow tie.
Set includes an 8" tall stars & stripes foam top hat.
*Hat has some color bleeding (red into white) in 2 spots.
Machine washable, cold, dry in dryer.
