The 4000 grit is suitable used to grind and renew the tips smooth of Cooking knives, scissors, and tools like Scalpel blades.

Before use stone please soaking water for 5 minutes, make smooth sharpen ability.

Wash and completely dry your knife. Place your blade Draw the edge backward and
forward at an angle of about (15~20) degrees as the illustration.
It is best to sharpen starting wih the tip of the edge. This action need to practice many times to prevent scratch on the blade.
