The frame appears unused and in near mint condition but since demo lenses are missing and frames show typical minor signs of shelf wear due to storage, I will just place this under USED condition. I really don't think the missing demo lenses takes away the beauty from this frame because you will need prescription lenses anyway. Overall, Absolutely in great condition so I am sure you won't be disappointed. It does not come with cloth or case.
