Shipping & Handling:

Return Policy / Warranty:

· 30 days return/refund policy – 15% Restocking fees may apply if the product is not return in original condition. 

· All lamps come with 180 days warranty from the dated invoice. If the merchandise is defective, please contact us for return merchandise number for warranty replacement.

· Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost for warranty replacement. We will ship a brand new replacement lamp to you at our cost.

· A unique serial number is assigned to each individual lamp.  Serial number can be found on the packaging, housing, and actual bulb. Warranty is void if the accrual serial number is removed, obliterated, or altered.
