All items we sell are Brand New, in stock and ready for immediate shipment.

At Baking Culture, we do our best to ensure our products are based on high quality standard. 

Most orders are shipped within 24/48 hours (business day) of receipt of payment and will be sent to your registered address. Orders received over holidays may require additional shipping time. Sorry, we don't ship internationally, Australia wide only. 

Shipping and combine postage

For standard shipping, your order will be sent as a letter with stamp and NO TRACKING. We strongly advise you to take a registered shipping option or express delivery which includes tracking number for your benefit. 

Baking Culture is not liable for late, delayed, damaged or lost parcels by Australia Post or shipping company. 

Multi-item purchases do qualify for combined shipping upon request. Please complete your purchase but don't make a payment (do NOT click the PAY NOW button). Simply send us email and request for a combined invoice. Please provide the correct email address as we will contact you via email if there are problems with your order. 

Return or Exchange

All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We do whatever we can to make sure that all products are in good condition before we ship them out to you. To request for a return please email us within 3 days of receiving your goods. 
Baking Culture will process the exchange/refund your item purchase price upon receipt and acceptance of your return (two-ways shipping and handling cost will be on Buyer). 
Products must be returned to us unused and unopened within 7 days. All claims received by Baking Culture outside of this time frame will not be recognized.

Payment

Please make payment as soon as possible or within 3 days at the latest. All transaction without payment will be cancelled after 7 working days. 
If for some reason you need more time with payment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
