Items are dropped in the parcel shop which normally takes 2 - 3 working days to be delivered.

CANCELLATION, RETURN and REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your purchase you should message before noon (12:00 pm) of the day the item is dispatched. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

RETURN & REFUND 

We will issue a full refund and pay the return postage fee if a mistake is made from our side i.e. wrong size or colour, item does not match the description, faulty item. 

Under any other circumstances following terms & conditions are applied:
 
- Return requests should be made within 30 days of receiving the item. 
- Items returned should be in the same condition as it was sent to the client.
- Return postage fee should be paid by client.
