This item may ship from our warehouse in Utah, or in some cases directly from a supplier or vendor closest to your delivery address to speed up the delivery time.  We work with many quality suppliers to ensure that your product is packaged well and shipped in a timely manner.  

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us to get a replacement sent. In the event of a return, your item will most likely have a return shipping label included within the packaging. Please open up a request to return case on eBay and send the item back using the provided shipping label within your package. The return shipping label may be inside the package or in a plastic sleeve on the outside of the package. It is important that you send us a copy of the tracking number on that return shipping label so that we can monitor the return. Upon a successful return, your item will either be refunded or replaced as requested.

This item has a 14-day return policy, unless noted otherwise in the listing. The following return reasons will be expected to show proof of reason by sending pictures and/or a detailed message before a return is granted: (Doesn't work or defective; Doesn't match description or photos; Wrong item sent; Missing parts or pieces; Arrived damaged; Doesn't seem authentic).  Returns due to buyer remorse may be subject to a 15% - 20% restocking fee to cover shipping costs. If a replacement is requested, then the item will be replaced if stock is available, otherwise a refund will be given.

Tracking numbers will be posted on eBay once the item ships out.  Please note that there is a 1-3 day handling time before this item ships out, but once it does ship, it generally ships very fast. In some cases, a supplier may forward the tracking number after a few days so please be patient. Typically, the delivery time on most items should be within 2-5 business days, unless noted otherwise in the listing.
