The BOSS Weed Eater is a lead punch weight designed to penetrate grass, functioning like a worm weight with a built in skirt keeper. Sporting a 44 Strand Silicone Living Image skirt.  Living Image is the first of it's kind to utilize multiple color breaks on a single strand. These strands rotate back and forth creating the illusion of a fully dimentional image. The custom skirt is attached to the sinker’s collar with a rubber skirt collar. The Slip Jig is used like a regular worm sinker in front of a plastic bait Texas rigged on the worm hook of your choice, but the painted sinker and the skirt look and work like a bass jig. The advantages of a Slip Jig over a regular weed-less jig include: no weedguard or hook eye sticking up to collect weeds or impede a hookset, the Slip Jig is free sliding on the line making it harder for a jumping bass to throw it, and the angler can choose the style and size of hook to use. This design will work through heavier cover than a standard weedless jig and trailer. The angler must run their fishing line through the Weed Eater jig head and then tie on a hook.
