Pure Pond are biodegradable balls, crammed full of live bacteria that are slowly released when they are needed most.
With over 8,000,000,000 bacteria per litre of Pure Pond Balls, your pond will shine even more than normal, especially if you add them monthly into the K1 Media Moving bed, or into any other type of filter you may have.
When you introduce the Pure Pond balls into the biological chamber of your filter, they become one with the media, just waiting to smooth out any peaks and troughs of the Ammonia/Nitrite cycle, to give you even healthier, crystal clear water.

Pure Pond balls ensure that the filter media is set up with living bacteria in a very natural way as the balls dissolve over many days preventing the 'boom and bust' problems of liquid bacteria additives
Each 2 litre tub will treat up to 40,000 litres of water and the balls will keep for over 12 months in storage, using the polymer gel as a food source for the living bacteria ready to be put into filter when needed (after filter maintenance, water change or addition of new filter media).
