RUBBERcomp® Synthetic Rubber Coating

RUBBERcomp® is a multi-purpose, air drying specialty rubber coating. It  can be easily applied by spraying. It protects coated items against  moisture, acids, abrasion, corrosion, and skidding /slipping, and  provides a comfortable, controlled grip.

RUBBERcomp® remains flexible and stretchy over time, and will not crack  or become brittle in extreme weather conditions. It has been tested and  proven in temperatures from -30°C to +90°C. Easy to peel off. Around  four paint layers needed for adequate film thickness.

RUBBERcomp liquid instruction:
Clean the surface of oils, grease, dirt, wax and loose rust. Dilute 1L  paint with 450ml thinner, margin ±5%. Mix well before use. Pneumatic  paint guns use compressor pressure 2.5 bar max and nozzle 1.1 - 2.0 mm.  Electric paint gun adjustment depending on type. Test always on an  external panel first and adjust the spray gun starting from lowest  postition and increase until you are able to apply a wet, uniform coat  without dripping. Spray at least four layers following separate  RUBBERcomp® painting instructions / technical information sheet. Do not  use any other thinner than RUBBERcomp® thinner.
