PLEASE NOTE: if we don't get a reply of colour within promised handling time (3 days), we'll have to post a random color which is not available for exchange.
Returns Policy
Refund is only available if there is faulty of the item caused by the seller. Postage will be deducted from the total amount paid (I.E. $5 FOR REGISTERED POST,AND $9 FOR EXPRESS POST)
However, for hair products, due to health related regulations, we are only refunding extensions that haven't been used or installed before, if there is faulty regarding to color or quality of the hair, keep it in its original condition and DO NOT apply them so we can refund them. Any hair that has been used won't be accepted for refund.
Swopping of color is available, only if the item REMAINS ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION when it's returned. However, buyer is liable for fees of both-way postage.

If this is not the kind of layer you like or you are unhappy about the volume, please contact us BEFORE APPLICATION (NO RETURN or REFUND will be offered if the item has been used already). However, we stress, it is guaranteed the weight is definitely enough.
3 We guarantee our hair extension is quality proved. Only a tiny little amount of hair will brush out at the first time (and it is not falling from the weft area). We are not responsible if loose of hair caused by poor after care. You can stretch the hair before you put them in to double check the quality.
