This is our new upgraded v iton oring kit for the 85-92 TPI Tuned Port Injection found in the Camaro,Corvette and Firebirds including Z/28 and Trans Am. 

It now comes with 32 orings including additional feed and return ones for the rear of the car.

With todays fuels containing 10-15% Ethanol and higher underhood temperatures the original Buna orings are prone to leak and deterioration.

This kit includes the needed orings to correct these issues and while there is not a special oring made exclusively for ethanol the brown Viton has shown to have a better service life.

Included in this kit are:

[1] 16  v iton orings for the top and bottom of the injectors.

[2]  4  v iton orings for the fuel rail cross bars.

[3]  2  v iton orings for the solid short tube between the regulator and rail.

[4]  1 v iton thin cold start oring (85-88).

[5]  1 v iton thick cold start oring (85-88).

[6]  3 v iton orings for the fuel supply line.

[7]  3 v iton orings for the fuel return line.

[8]  1 v iton oring for the regulator to rail.

[9]  1 v iton small cold start oring (85-88).

Please note that the brown color can vary from the pictures of the v iton orings from batch to batch anywhere from a light color to almost looking black. This is purely cosmetic but thought we would mention it.
