  • Why "asymmetrical" - MDR-EX082 Earbuds feature a unique asymmetrical cable design, where one side of the cable is intentionally longer than the other. This design is not a factory defect, but a deliberate choice by SONY to enhance comfort and usability.

    Unlike traditional "Y"-shaped cables where both sides are the same length, the asymmetrical design allows for a more convenient and less tangled experience. The longer cable is designed to loop behind your neck and run along one side, keeping the cable out of your way. This way, only a single cable hangs in front of you, minimizing cable tangles.

    To use the asymmetrical cable correctly, simply route the longer cable above your ear and down into your ear canal, with the cable exiting the earbud pointing upward. This configuration keeps the cable neatly secured and out of sight while you enjoy your music.

  • Please email me first to issue returns authorization.
  • Returned items must be in acceptable condition and without physical damage, except damaged in transit.
  • Returned items will be inspected and if faulty, it will either be replaced where possible or a refund will be issued.
  • Returned items will be replaced or repaired. It takes approx. 14-21 business days. I will replace or repair the item depending on product availability.
  • If replacement is not available, a refund of the purchase price will be issued.
  • If a non-defective item is returned for refund, it must be returned in its original condition and packing, otherwise I will NOT accept the return for refund. A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.



  • I only collect genuine and authentic headphones, specific made by SONY, PLEASE do NOT doubt their authenticity!
  • Most of them are discontinued models, come in non-retail package, I will simply put it in the plain plastic zip bag, any original inbox bundled accessories will be included where possible.
