This is a VINTAGE Cast Iron and Brass Hanging Scale. Marked PS & WCo,  improved spring balance (where scale numbering located.  It is Brass and it has some bent on each end of the scale but it can be straight and polish.) It is working fine. Perfect addition to your antique collection.
