Vintage Electromatic Putting Practice Model 1901 by Brandell.  Comes with original box.
Plugged in and it works fine.  Not sure what the knob behind it does, it slides forward and back freely.  Has some light cosmetic wear, the vast majority of which will be resolved with a cleaning.  Comes with the original box, which is in rough shape as you can see.  Interior flaps are missing on one side.  You get to keep the golf ball for free!
