MOLLE ACU Improved IFAK Pouch - Previously Issued

The Molle ACU was the traditional MOLLE IFAK pouch for the U.S. Army and also makes a great handy pouch for all types of gear.  Made of very durable nylon the back is MOLLE or PAL compatible that can be used on your vest, backpack or even a belt.  Add the insert to make this a complete IFAK pouch or create more organization and a pull out work station.
