WE SHIP USPS, & FEDEX. PLEASE NO PO BOX ADDRESSES. Please give us a physical street address to ship the product to. Firehouse 5 will not ship to a P.O. Box so don’t ask. All credit card sales must be shipped to the billing address on the credit card used no exceptions (sorry) Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges Thank you for your cooperation and understanding

Return Policy:  We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that are: in their original undamaged packaging, have original manufacturer information, are not used, installed, or disassembled, are not damaged due to incorrect installation, do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions. The following orders are not returnable: Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, etc).  Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued.  We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.  Please understand that while we don't charge to ship an item,  there is still a cost for us to ship to you. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item. If you are unsure, send us an email or go to the manufacturers website.   Outbound and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for ALL warranties. Please allow up to 4 business days after we have received the products for your refund to be issued.
