Tips for working with PlastX Clear Plastic Cleaner & Polish
• For best results, always work on a cool, clean and dry surface.
• Shake product well.
• Work a section at a time. If working on headlights, work one headlight at a time.
• Apply a small amount of product to a Meguiar’s Soft Foam Applicator pad or terry cloth towel.
• Rub thoroughly into plastic with light to moderate pressure.
• Wipe off residue with a clean Meguiar’s Supreme Shine Microfiber Towel or terry cloth towel before the product dries.
• Repeat this process several times if needed.
• For moderate to severe oxidation and cloudiness on headlights use one of Meguiar’s Headlight Restoration kits.
• Avoid getting the clear plastic cleaner & polish on paint, textured molded plastics and cloth. Not for use on coated plastics, LCD or navigation screens.
• Also safe on other clear plastic items, such as: Plexiglass, brake lights, plastic convertible top windows, instrument clusters, motorcycle windscreens, helmet face shields, boat windows, bug deflectors and CD’s.
