We sell previously worn/owned clothing and gear. We do our very best to thoroughly check over items before sending them out. However, on occasion, minute imperfections are sometimes unavoidable (hence, refunds can only be given in cases of complete misrepresentation). We take feedback seriously… if you find a problem with your Ebay item once it is received, please contact us before leaving negative or neutral comments, and we will work through the problem.
