This is a clean & filtered high grade mixture with NO silica!
It is used by quilters to “stuff & weight” their pincushions to achieve the look of
pincushions made in bygone years…like the Victorian era! You’ll need to make
a small muslin bag or line your pincushion fabric with a light weight fusible
interfacing to contain the Sand & Sawdust Filler inside the pincushion so it will
not leach out! You’ll use approximately 1/4 cup for a tiny pincushion
& up to a full cup or more for a large pincushion.

In the U.S., SHIPPING for 1 bag is $7.50 "PER BAG" & ships First Class Mail "bubble wrapped" in a Tyvek envelope; 2 - 3 bags is $11.95 & ships in a Priority (small) Flat Rate box; 4-12 bags is $21.95 & ships in a Priority (medium) Flat Rate box; > 12 bags is $29.95 & ships in a Priority (large) Flat Rate box. **Note: once I weigh your bags of filler together, if I can still get your shipping price down for less using bubble wrapping & a Tyvek envelope, I will go that route & send you a {refund} for the difference if you've already been charged the higher price!

*NOTE: I do “combine shipping” for items paid for with one payment; however I will need to make adjustments with all these different shipping charges!! I now add insurance to all my domestic & international packages. If a package is lost in transit & not received, please let me know right away. I cannot guarantee I can replace your entire order, but will do the best I can. If I cannot replace the full order, I will reimburse for the difference.
