The purchaser will be required to return the product to AutomateMyPlace via registered post at their expense. Warranty does not cover misuse or improper installation of product. All warranty claims are managed exclusively by AutomateMyPlace

In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, including the invoice. Postage and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for registered postage costs incurred in returning products unless the wrong item has been posted. A return authorisation must be obtained before posting the item. We will not refund items that are damaged because of improper use or poor packaging by the buyer.
