This polish will not repair the really deep scratches that sometimes happen to CD's. It is great for the lighter scratches/scuffs that cause 'skipping', loading problems etc.

NOT suitable for Blue Ray Discs

If a disc is warped, cracked, or punctured it cannot be repaired!

 

Discs can experience loading, freezing, skipping and playing errors due to various reasons i.e. corrupt data etc and not only due to scratches. Because of this we can unfortunately offer no guarantees that this polish will fix the problematic disc(s).

  

This polish is a carefully controlled balance of petroleum distillates and silica. If we made it any stronger it would create scratches, rather than remove them! Because of this, the application of the polish does involve a couple of minutes of rubbing (longer for deeper scratches). It is NOT a ‘wipe on-dust off’ polish!
