you are bidding on head mods for your HONDA mx-atv 4-stroke head.This includes installing copper-alloy ampco 45 valve guides that are honed to perfect tolerances and then copper-alloy ampco 45 seats are installed and cut on our serdi center for maximum flow at all lift hieghts.and then porting of the intake and exhaust runners with the proper size and finish. head surface lapping and assemble.these seat and guide mods are the best for all out race motors and non race users looking for the ultimate in reliable horsepower.the valves and seats last longer as the ampco 45 dissipates heat from the valve 100 times better then the stock steel guides and seats can.plus thier is less drag on the valve stem and the valve will bounce less and tend to float less,extending the life of the valves.also included are new guide seals.you will still have to send in your own valves and spring kit or we can get them for you as well.Berylium alloy can also be used for the seats at an extra cost

   All work done in-house for reasonable turn around times by master technician. I need to know when you send your head, what mods you have done and or are planning on doing and the type of riding/racing you are using it for. I will not make unrealistic claims of huge #"s gains that some shops do. They can explain to their customers why their engines run no faster now then it did before. All porting modifications are from 20+ years working with and building 2 and 4 stroke motors for play and racing use. Port design modifications are aided by port mapping software and flow bench testing & dyno testing and most important, on track testing for gains and wear evaluation. With todays newer 4 stroke engines making reliable extra horsepower is not as easy as just grinding on the ports, making it very critical that engine builders/tuners have the knowledge and experience to do the job properly the first time around.so what ever your needs are,play,mx,ax,ss or dirt track we can make it fly.
